
Chicken noodle with mushroom or mie ayam jamur is one of my favorite.

Cooking time : 15 - 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 250 grams dried egg noodles, cooked and set aside
- 1 chicken thigh
- 150 grams fresh mushroom (or you can use canned mushroom as substitute), cut thinly
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 teaspoons coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 cube chicken seasoning
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped ( for garlic oil )
- sesame oil (optional)
Directions
1. Simmer chicken in water until tender. Leave chicken to cool in the stock, then remove, keeping stock aside. Separate chicken meat from the bones and shred finely.
2. Heat the oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, and add the mushroom and chicken. Stir well. Then add the chicken stock, coriander, sweet soy sauce, turmeric powder, chicken seasoning, celery and coriander leafs. Continue cooking until done and leave
3. Make the garlic oil : heat 2 table spoons of oil, and then fry the garlic. Set aside. Then crushed the garlic and mix with the oil.
4. Serve : Set a bowl with 2 teaspoons of garlic oil, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil (optional), sprinkle of salt and pepper. Put the cooked noodle into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
5. Give 3 tablespoons of cooked chicken mushroom, the garnish with fried shallot and cucumber.
